How to buy

Choose the item of your interest

Choose the military vehicle / spar part / miscellaneous item that you are interested in, than send us either a whatsapp message or an e-mail with the item of your desire. We will contact you right away regading the military equipment and give you an offer. If you need, we can send you more pictures of the item. After we agreed on the item and price, if you desire, you can pay a visit to us in Hungary at our facility, but if you don’t want to, you don’t have to, we can complete the deal without it as well.

Services

If you need, we can arrange shipping, re-painting of the chosen equipment, carrying out maintanance on the vehicle etc. at an extra price. For the services to get started, we will issue a pro forma invocie for the 30% of the total price. During the process we will send you pictures, video documentary of the process.

Inspection + Contract

After or during the preparation of the equipment, you are welcomed to visit us in Hungary at our site, to inspect your equipment. If you are satisfied with your item, the purchase contract can be signed.

Necessary documents

If you are planing to buy any armoured military equipment or military vehicles in general (helicopters, jets, tanks, APCs etc.), you will have to have the following documents:

IIC (International Import Certificate), Issued by the corresponding competent authority in your country. The name of the authorities varies by country, and the form of the document can be different in each country as well. The deadline for the documents to be issued is 30 days in the EU.
EUC (End user certificare), This document is a statutory declaration, written by the client himself, in which the client guarantees that the equipment purchased wil not be used for its original purposes (combat), will not be resold or re-exported and will be used only for collection purposes (museums). At the same time the client declares that they will be the sole end user. This document sometimes can be used instead of the IIC in those states where there is no possibility of issuing an IIC. Order. It is essential to have an order for a military equipment, because this document is the base of issuing the export license. The order must include the follwing: buyer, seller, subject of purchase, price, date. This form can be downloaded from here.

Payment methods

We can accept the following payment methods:

Bank transfer: In EURO, US dollar or Hungarian Forint
Cash: We can accept cash in EURO bills or Hungarian Forint bills.

The equipments remain the property of our company until the full payment is issued. If you would like to have us make any changes / disassembly of the product, we can only conduct your request after the pro forma invoice is paid. 100% of the price has to be paid prior shipping.

VAT

If your company is part of the european economy community, we can issue invocie with no VAT. If your company does not have european tax number, then we have to apply an additional 27% VAT for the prices of the items, including transportation.

Deactivation

All of our vehicles and equipments are disarmed in accordance with CFE treaty. It is the buyers responsibility to check whether their government accepts this disarming methond or not. If not, we can disarm the vehicles on a wider scale, for additional cost. We can give you a quotation of the upcoming cost of disarmament.
