Description

RSP–10 is an airfield radar set for militarily use, which was built in the former Soviet Union approximately since 1962. The RSP-10 radar air traffic control is part of the RSP series (7-10).
It consisted of two independently operating radars. The primary antenna located on the side, the secondary radar shaped rectangular. The airfield surveillance radar DRL worked as frequency diversity radar on 2 different of 6 possible fixed frequencies. The transmitters used slightly tunable magnetons, whose operating frequencies were readjusted to the quartz-stabilized local oscillator frequency of the receiver.
The transmit frequency can be changed from 1250 to 1350 MHz with 125 steps of 0.8 MHz.
